How it works

1. Choose Content Type

To use our services you need to create an account and register as a client.

To continue with ordering process we need the type, description, and quantity of the services/content ordered and your payment information.

Important: Our services are payable by invoice.

As we currently moved our office to Belgrade, we are currently unable to use the platform for automatic payment of the payment getaway provider EveryPay.

This means that reteller.net bills their customers for services rendered through invoice.

Please send us an email describing your projects and deadlines. We will respond within 24 hours, to assist you further in the process, and help you choose content type and delivery options.

Reteller is VAT (Value Added Tax) registered, which means we have to charge our customers VAT (currently 20 per cent) in addition to the original price.

On the homepage, click on the icon with a content type you want to order and choose delivery option on selected item(s). Then, you will be asked to fill in a form and give us more information about the content, so we can successfully manage your application.

2. Enter Your Billing Information

Next, you need to enter your billing information and chose the type of credit card, which are listed in the box.

The billing address is used to verify your credit card information and it must match the address that your credit card company has on file.

3. Review Your Order

Before you proceed to checkout, please make final review of your order summary.

4. Proceed With Payment Process

By using the payment service you agree to pay for any amounts that you authorize us to charge against your credit card, bank account, or PayPal. We do not store, process or transmit your credit card data on our website. 5. Choose The Type Of Credit Card

There is an option to choose the type of credit card you are using, e.g. Visa, MasterCard, to make payments. If your credit card processor isn’t listed in the box, it means that type of credit card is not accepted by the payment service provider. You can also contact us by mail to request instructions for wire transfers.

6. Payment Confirmation

If your transaction has been successful, you will see an order confirmation message appear on the screen. If you haven’t received any confirmation, just send us a message.

7. Thank You Message

Please note that for the services renedered our company will be taking payment from our clients  through invoice.

After your payment has been processed, you will receive a message thanking you for the payment, with your final invoice details and your billing address.

8. Order Status

You can check the status of your orders displayed on the order status dashboard. If you placed your order online within the last 24 to 48 hours, please check again tomorrow for the status of your order. If you mailed your order, please allow 4 to 10 working days for your order status to appear.

9. Download Your Content

You can easily download your content by selecting the download tab on the dropdown menu. We can also email you a link for downloading your PDF file.
